Frank Wander
Frank Wander is a transformational executive with substantial Board and executive experience. He spent seven years as the paid cybersecurity board member at a midsize insurance company and regularly presented turnaround transformation efforts to Boards as a Chief Information Officer across companies.
Wander spent his career as turnaround transformation executive across Fortune 250 companies and founded a B2B SaaS technology company in 2014. He has deep experience leading turnaround transformations of underperforming organizations and guided the implementation of disruptive technologies across each technology era. In each turnaround, he built a high performing, collaborative, and inspired culture that moved faster and got much more done. These experiences led him to author Transforming IT Culture under contract with Wiley Publishing.
He is now helping Boards implement sound governance over technology strategy, culture, execution, and risk management.
